Broken: Map color scheme
The map above appears on a page providing directions to the hotel where I stayed called Hotel Avante.
If it wasn't a map, I'd applaud the creator for its appealing design.
However, it *is* a map, and since it is intended to assist those who may not be familiar with the area in finding their way, the use of blue to indicate land and white to indicate water is broken because it is disorienting.
It's not as disorienting if you realize that that penninsula(is that spelled right) in anywhere in the San Francisco area.
O.O The colors are all wrong. Not really broken, but just a little confusing until you read it.
HALF (1/2) BROKEN!

I almost thought the same thing as I was viewing the image before reading the entry (hey, were going to drive on water!!). And, this map has no easy way of finding the hotel since the name if it is not listed on the map, nor is it denoted with a contrasting color (I'm guessing it's the dot next to the name Mountain View, but hence...no name to readily identify it).
