Broken: (Just for Fun) Valero gas station sign
While driving through Colorado, this Valero gas station sign caught my eye.
Apparently this gas station would like to its visitors to barter pizza for unleaded gas.
Who knows? Maybe using a different monetary unit makes it look cheaper.
Nope, nevyn, it doesn't. It says their pizza^9's are unleaded, which reduces to their pizzas are the ninth root of unleaded. Interestingly enough, their 43940.459's appear to be diesel as well.

unleaded pizza to the power of 9 for everyone. less lead than most brands of pizza (lol). the health inspector will be pleased
Clearly, they covered their price with the pizza sign for the same reason that Eve covered her naughty bits with a fig leaf -- shame.

WTF who would trade a pizza for unleaded petrol (in NZ we don't call it gas)
still rather funny.
someone either covered up the price as a practical joke. or someone stuck it there by mistake.
