Broken: (Just for fun) Strange menu item

I thought "Mysterious Flavor Chicken" was a staple on all Chinese food menus.

Not broken--this is a known Chinese recipe. Eileen Yin-Fei Lo's got it in her book "Chinese Kitchen". The "strange taste" comes from Sichuan peppercorn paste.
