I don't live in Pennsylvania, so I'd have to say that I probably wouldn't part there between 7 and 10 pm...

The two signs are not contradictory. Between 7pm and 10pm, only police can park there, and they are limited to two hours. If the cop parks at 7, he has to move his car by 9.

(Maybe it's a parking space in front of a Dunkin Donuts that closes at 10?)

Okay, I know the "cops love donuts" thing is an easy shot to take, but really. I know some officers personally, and while there are some crooked cops and some lazy cops out there, the vast majority don't deserve the ire of the donuts crowd. Not that I don't have a sense of humor- I like a little good-natured ribbing as much as the next guy, but can we at least respect them enough to come up with something a little more original?

Anyway, I didn't mean for that to become a personal attack. My apologies.

Regarding the signs: Broken in a way that makes me roll my eyes. This is the government. They can find some way to get some more accurate signs made up, surely. So the question is, does the problem lie with the DPW worker that put the signs up being too lazy to find a good one, or was the DPW worker rolling her eyes just as much as she put up the only sign she had available?

I would play it safe and not park there from 7pm to 10pm.

But I wouldn't certainly cry foul if I saw a cop park there for more than 2 hours between 7pm and 10pm!!!!
