Broken: Mexican jewelry shop sign
Chris Bell submits a picture taken in Huatulco, Mexico:
On my recent trip to Huatulco, Mexico, we came across this nice little jewelry shop called "Gold Silver shop."
If you look closely at the store sign, you will see the store's slogan which is "We wont cheat you too bad," which, with the obvious grammar errors, also isn't really the best marketing plan.
I believe its all in good fun; there's a bar/restaurant in the tourist town of Durango, Colorado where all the wait staff wear shirts that say "We Cheat Tourists and Drunks".
Sounds like a joke to me.
Kinda like the slogan at Sporty's Guns in Clatskanie, OR - "Why spend more somewhere else when you can spend more here?"
ummm... this is not broken in any way, shape or form. It is a joke, not a bad one either.
NOT BROKE!
