Broken: Carnival wine recommendation
John Smith from Cape Town in South Africa points out:
I bought this Carnival Grand Cru wine and the printed recommendation is to "Consume the wine after six weeks of opening the container..."
I think they meant to print within six weeks.
Hmmm...broken in another way. At my house no open wine container, box or otherwise, stands a chance of lasting as long as 6 weeks. :)
@ketamine Boxed wine is just as good if not better then bottled wine, it only has a nagative conotation because it is new, and cheaper. More expensive doesn't always mean better.
Hey don't get me wrong, I've drank my share of Franzia and other boxed wines. I'm just giving him a hard time :D
But anyways, definitely broken.
Maybe it means that the process of opening it should take six weeks. Boxed wine is more volatile than nitroglycerine
hey... "they" say to let wine breathe some before drinking it when you open a bottled wine...
maybe it needs to breathe a lot longer for this one...

I think what's broken is the fact you are drinking box wine. :P
