Broken: Discount lunch special
Joel Adria submits a picture taken in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada:
I think what is most entertaining about this "0% off Lunch Special" sign, is that it has been that way for about 5 years.
I think your right about it originally being 20% off. Although it's tough to see, pressing apple-option-plus on my Mac lets me zoom in enough to see some jpeg artifacts that look like a two. Fun stuff.
But very broken. Or maybe not... it's odd enough that I would probably want to go there and check it out. Could the sale have just ended and the sign changed to reflect it? :)
!
Highballs & Draft
I thought I saw a 1 not a 2, but then again, It is broken If they are still open...

What is up with the Triple and double posts? We still need a better comment interface, still a little buggy...
Doubtless someone has called the phone number to report this, which makes the sign even more broken.
And on the sign, yes, it's a 2.
Thank you for noticing that the lunch special is not so special.
The double-triple post hing has happenend to me too.
Anyways, this is really broken. Still up there after 5 years? The manager should be fired.

It might be my imagination, but I think I see a ghostly "2" and based on the spacing of the lettering, it doesn't seem implausible.
Still broken if they can't be bothered to replace it in five years.
