Broken: Sprint billboard at Times Square, NY
This is a picture of a Sprint billboard at Times Square in New York City displaying a crashed Windows screen.
Classic!
The original and all sizes can be seen here on Joe Schmidt's Flickr photo stream.
No, it's saying this:
With Sprint, together with Nextel, you can get a crashed cellphone thanks to Microsoft and most importantly, Bill Gates. (He is evil, btw)
yeah, i saw somthing like this on the hard rock cafe in niagra falls, CA. pretty funny, but i wasnt fast enough to get a pic.
Eh. Win2k has the astonishing ability to freeze on that screen. Not nearly as common as other crashes. And they have to reboot those once in a while, so if it wasn't frozen, you just happened to walk past during a reboot. They *could* however, hook it up to a DVD video during reboot, or at least turn off the screen. But IMO, not broken.
Dunn be busted right up.
(written on a mac using OSX that has been re booted maybe 2 dozen times in 2 years and probably 19 of those times were required after an install. I've rebooted windoz more then that in a day)
Just because it's broken does not mean they won't buy it
Oh please. My windows (whch i got last Christmas) has actually never crashed, whereas my iMac (5+ years old) crashes routinely due to a lack of memory. I've nearly worn out the REBOOT button! C'mon people. Get real.

Get real yourself. You won't buy sufficent memory for the computer, so it crashes and you blame the Mac?
In this case, the problem's with the wetware.
Well, here we go again with the religous OS wars. I've crashed them both many times. I would have to say that windoze does seem to be able to accomplish more with limited ram. The same tasks on a MAC always seem to need much more ram. Oh, and for credibility sakes, I should mention that I ran a multimedia design firm & used both....plus amigas!
What I se is a sign that says "Yes you can Win" over a signthat says "Champs"
Kind of cool even if it's not what Sprint intended.
