Broken: Heathrow terminal listing
This happened at Heathrow terminal 1.
Someone probably hit the wrong button on of those horizontal versus vertical options and everyone had to turn their heads to read their flights.
It was no problem reading the panels, you just had to tilt your head. The big problem was that all flights leaving between 9:30 and 10:40 were out of sight ("below the fold").
yeah broken, but come on, this is more of a short term snafu thing. now if it was designed this way. . then were talking all broke up and bust.
also
SECOND!
I'm gunna say more than broken...BUSTED...my neck already hurts from trying to read that. And by the way...
THIRD?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?
i've never been to Heathrow, but that certainly seems broken. you'd think any passing employee or even a thoughtful customer would report that, but no...
or maybe it was reported and nobody cares, in which case this should definitely be in 'Customer Service' too.
Not broken, from a design aspect, just temporarily screwed up. The guy who programmed the screen must have been doing this as a side job...
I'm willing to bet that this isn't an error, but instead the person in charge of the screens got a little bored.
"HAHA, hey bob. Look at all these people with their heads sideways."
I agree... There is nothing RIGHT with Heathrow... other than they have some good decent pubs and restaurants when your flight gets delayed for 6 hours
