Broken: Shaving cream label
This shaving gel isn't what it appears to be.
That's the "before" shot. Click the "next" link to see the "after".
Update Aug 3: Here is the response from Gillette.
I'm reminded of a pregnancy test product that came under two different names in two different packages, one with a very sterile, clinical look, and the other showing a smiling couple with a baby on it - because how you market a pregnancy test depends on whether the purchaser wants the answer to be yes or no.
The "removable" label is obviously designed for someone who prefers to dress in drag when they go to town, etc. So, if he/she has a motel room with a "friend," the shaving creme can be changed to accomodate the sexual nature of the event. It's one of those nice touches that should prevent embarrasing questions.
This post is a...
CLASSIC!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Try the semi-upper right. I agree, it is hard to find though.
This is pretty bad, I thnk I'll go check mine. it's a full can, so I hope Im not left with THAT left sitting on my vanity til I finish the can!
Truely Broken.
Er... I clicked the page that brings me to the archive for June, and everything after the update is also in red. Broken tag?
Heh, and I saw this on Boingboing as well, my question is - what's the difference between male and female shaving cream? It goes on skin, you shave it and the hair off. Legs or face, I don't see a difference except that one is marketed towards men, one towards women.
"Occasionally, our manufacturing facilities encounter an excess in containers used for packaging one particular product. Rather than discarding these containers, the packaging may be re-labeled and used for another product. This is done in accordance with Gillette's commitment to the environment; whenever possible, we reuse and/or recycle materials used in manufacturing. This does not modify, nor does it affect the ingredients or characteristics of the product. The consumer can be assured he purchased the intended product marked on the label."
From the update. Un-broken for wanting to help the environment.

Too funny. Even for someone with an androgynous name.
