Broken: Watery car retrieval
Here's a series of photographs showing what happened when a car fell into the lake.
hah thats awsome. the first truck clearly didn't look like it was made for that operation. it didn't have the extending legs the 2nd truck has(seems they got smart that time)
Quite funny.
you'd think that someone would know that the first truck coulden't lift that. Anyone standing on the side of the road looking at that could see what would happen.
Actually, as I scrolled down I was hoping that the second truck was also going to fall in trying to recover the first. Then they'd send an even bigger third truck, etc...
I was laughing as I imagined what people must have said when the first truck went in. It's funny enough to see these pictures, but can you imagine what it would have been like to be there?
the link above doesn't appear to work, but this site has the series of photos. http://www.i-am-bored.com/bored_link.cfm?link_id=6799
While this site tends to focus on the flaws in things people use, in this case, I think the flaw is in the user himself. If lifting a car starts to pull your truck over, STOP lifting it (or lift more slowly to allow the water to drain out making the car CONSIDERABLY lighter.
There's another variation on this sequence that shows the larger truck falling into the lake as well, but was clearly done with Photoshop.
This series is missing one picture!
I've seen it with the second truck also falling in the water. Ill post it when I find it!!!
On ebaums the 6th pic no longer has the little white boat next to the big red boat.the last pic
has the white boat again. Compare the 5th pic to the last pic the guy in the white shirt is in the some position and the red car is back too.
Very Funny :D
