Broken: Milkbones package
This box of Milkbones is clearly marked "Easy Open Tear Stip!" However, when one tears it open, the panels underneath the flap are completly glued shut, thereby negating any claim of its being easy to open. As far as I can tell, this isn't a defect of just one box - it has happened ever since they switched to the new kind of Milkbones box. (Also, I have noticed much the same problem on boxes of oatmeal cream pies - they also flap open to another layer of box.)
Hmmm... could be an acronym for:
Scientific and Technical Information Program
Secondary Turbo Inlet Pressure
Secure Telecommunications Implementation Plan
Sensor Technology Insertion Program
Shipboard Tactical Intelligence Processing
Short Term Interest Performance
Short-Term Incentive Plan
Small Terminal Interoperability Platform
Stable Platform and Housing Technology Infusion Project
Stand-In Processing
State Transportation Improvement Plan
State Transportation Improvement Program
Statewide Transportation Improvement Program
Strategic-Tactical Interface Prototype
Or... it could just be a typo that no-one found. I'd go for the typo one.
_@_v - very funny... the dude mispells 'strip' and you all go off on him.
_@_v - not like we all haven't forgotten to czech our spelling before hitting the 'post' button...
Almost every box that I am about to open and think "I'm not gonna be able to close this back"...does just like those Milk Bones.
It's a conspiracy for stuff to go stale.
Yep! The box construction is more important than the contents. I noticed the milkbones are over baked to rock hard. You would think the MilkBones makers were hardening metal. LOL... They could post a label on the side of the box listing the hardness of a milkbone, much like the hardness of a quality made knife using harden metal...RC 54, AUS 8, 440, ATS-34, etc. Anyone into custom made knives would understand this. All others do not have a need to understand how over cooked MilkBones have become, until their doggie cracks their tooth on one. Yes, I agree with John concerning the overglued cardboard strip and flaps, just like the overcooked milkbone inside the box. The makers just don't understand, do they. I-D-I-O-T-S they are.
