Broken: Pedestrian walk signal
I walk by this intersection in Manitoba, Canada, often. It is right next to the neighbourhood elementary school. The pedestrian "Walk/Don't Walk" signal is blocked by the utility pole.

How's this for broken - many intersections in west philadelphia have normal traffic lights, mounted lower down, as pedestrian signals. I can't tell you how many times I've seen people run a red because they mistook the pedestrian traffic light for the car traffic light...
