Broken: Software error
Blue, huh? The software must be sad.
This doesn't look like a dialog that AutoCAD would display. It would be useful to know the context that generated the offending dialog.
The W3C suggests that you don't use target="_blank", thus letting the user decide whether to open a link in a new window and promoting accessibility. I think they've removed the entire attribute from HTML strict.
On the other hand, most people don't give a hoot.
i like target="_blank" it makes me feel in charge (and also keeps them at my site longer) jennerlafave.com!

I've always said that AutoCAD blew.
Or maybe it's the BDBOD (blue dialog box of death)?
