At least all of the other airlines pay their pilots whether or not they fly. When every other airline is grounded for safety reasons because of freezing rain, for instance, Southwest's pilots will make a bogus call on the weather so that they can fly and get paid.

Is putting your passengers in needless risk for the sake of money really good customer service at all?
