Kottke on iPhone

Kotkke is right: "The design of the iPhone is such that all other mobile phones, including those released after the iPhone, look not only old but antiquated and even defective."

That's why I give a strong recommendation for the iPhone in my new Uncle Mark 2008 guide.

I dunno, I still like that I can do copy-and-paste of text on my Nokia 6600, which predates the iPhone by a few years.

I would agree, the iPhone is the best over-all and I would love to switch from my blackberry eventually. I don't think I could switch, however, until typing was a bit easier and more service providers were available.
