That's so great - and it sums up the reasons why I always use Apple (ad nauseam, I tell'ya) as an example of good UX design.

It really takes a lot of courage to do less - particularly in the field of consumer electronics.

I am confused lot.
Take the case of word for example, whom ever I talk to uses different features. And sometimes they are not overlapping.
I used some of the online apps (google docs, zoho etc) but find them lacking some features.

The question is how does one as a user experience designer handle this dilemma?
